Eva May Currie
1925-2010
At her home on February 24, 2010 Eva May Currie of Fredericton passed
away at the age of 84. Born in Burtt’s Corner, NB she was the
only daughter of the late Alfred and Edith (Burtt) Currie.
Eva worked at the Victoria Hospital and then the Chalmers Hospital as an x-ray technician for 40 plus years.
She is survived by one aunt; Elsie Burtt of Zealand and 2 nieces; Carol Hallett (George) of Douglas and Catherine Kerr of Grand Barachois.
There will be no visitation or service by request of the family. Interment to take place in the Burtt’s Corner Baptist Cemetery at a later date. For those whishing to make donations in Eva’s memory they may be made to the; SPCA or the Christ Church Parish Church. Bishop’s Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
