Charles “Charlie” Nicholson
At the Saint John Regional Hospital on February 22, 2010 Charles “Charlie” Nicholson of Lincoln passed away at the age of 56. Born in Sackville, NB he was a mechanic by trade. He was a member of the Oromocto Snowmobile Club, was a big Nascar Racing fan and enjoyed his dog and companion Snoopy.

He is survived by his wife Bonnie; three children Robert Curtis of Mactaquac, Lynn Lukings (Steve) of Prince William, Diane Blunston (Cory) of Douglas; his parents Lawrence and Henrietta (Dobson) Nicholson; five grandchildren Nathan, Janelle, Benji, Jordan, and Tanner; sisters Wendy (Bob), Nancy (Chris), Mary (David); brothers Robert “Bob” (Mavis), David (Kim), Rodney (Angie), Ray, Shawn (Nadine); numerous nieces and nephews.

Resting at Bishop’s Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton with visitation on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Bishop’s Funeral Home Chapel on Friday February 26, 2010 at 2:00 pm with Archdeacon John Sharpe officiating. Interment will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Diabetes Association or a charity of the donor’s choice.

Honorary pallbearers will be Ernie Moffitt, Daryl Keenan, Eddie Ackerson, Leo Profit, Steve Burtt, Carl Erickson and Shawn Brewer.
